Our roots

Named after pioneering builder-philanthropist Dr. Kishinchand M.Bulchandani and founded by his grandson, the KMB Group traces its lineage to the development boom in 1950s' Bombay. With the fourth generation of builders at its helm now, the company is committed to its guiding values of transparency, punctuality and integrity.

An architect with over 30 years' experience, Kabir's vision is as fresh as it is seasoned. With a shared understanding of our development philosophy and design thesis, Kabir brings his interpretation of modern Indian architecture to our residential developments, their exterior facades, master plans and community areas.

ATELIER 108

Anusha Arun and her team at Atelier 108 believe that homes need to reflect the personality of its inhabitants. We love their global aesthetic with an Indian soul, and their commitment to get things done right. We work exclusively with Atelier 108 to deliver turnkey custom interior and civil solutions for our residence owners.

NADIG &
ASSOCIATES

Our key structural engineering partner, Nadig & Associates ensures that each KMB development is built to last. Arun and his team bring the rigour and attention to detail required to execute our complex solutions. Whether the challenge is retrofit double height cut-outs, perfectly waterproofed infinity pools on the 15th floor or a raft construction that can withstand the heaviest rainfall, we trust no one else.

NUNZIATI

Widely considered one of the most influential architects globally, Matteo Nunziati specialises in luxury residential and hospitality design. Winner of the Royal Institute of British Architects 2018 for the Bosco Verticale in Milan, Nunziati's landmarks grace the skylines of New York, Dubai, Singapore and now, Bangalore.

ECO DESIGN

Bangalore-based Eco-Design is a multi-disciplinary landscape architectural and environmental design practice. Led by principal architect Alan Senarens, the studio specialises in masterplanning, land use management, water-scaping and horticulture with sustainability at its core and a research-led approach.

For decades, the KMB family has channelled the success of our enterprises and the knowledge we have gained to pay it forward to the country and its people. Starting with the founding of the Hinduja National Hospital in 1951, today we support organisations that are doing incredible work in enhancing access to education and health.

Founded by Shyam Bulchandani as a vocational training centre, National Sarvodaya High School and College has grown to a K-12 educational institute in Chembur, Mumbai, making education accessible across all socio-economic strata.

Making mental health care accessible to women and children in over 206 village and 8 districts around Bangalore, Project Maanasi is a joint initiative by Bangalore Midtown, Rotary Howard West and St. Johns Medical College.
